3. Account Responsibility
Players are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and any in-game assets they possess. Sharing account details with other players or third parties is done at the player’s own risk. Legacy DayZ is not responsible for any losses incurred due to unauthorized access to your account.

4. Modifications to the Server
Legacy DayZ reserves the right to:
– Modify or update the server, including adding or removing features, without prior notice.
– Implement balance changes, patches, or server resets to maintain an optimal gameplay experience.
– Change, suspend, or terminate the server at any time with or without notice.

5. Donations and Contributions
Legacy DayZ may offer donation packages or perks in exchange for player contributions. Donations are voluntary and non-refundable. Any in-game rewards received through donations will not provide an unfair competitive advantage and may be subject to change.

All content on the server, including but not limited to, custom mods, maps, and assets, are the property of Legacy DayZ or the respective content creators. You agree not to replicate, distribute, or modify server content without permission.

7. Player Conduct
By participating in Legacy DayZ, you agree to:
– Avoid griefing, intentional harassment, or disruptive gameplay that negatively impacts other players’ experiences.
– Refrain from exploiting bugs, glitches, or unintended game mechanics. Report any such issues to an admin promptly.
– Cooperate with server administrators and moderators when required, including following instructions or complying with investigations into rule violations.

8. Admin Rights and Enforcement
Administrators and moderators reserve the right to enforce the rules, including issuing warnings, temporary bans, and permanent bans. Admin decisions are final, and appeals may only be considered at the discretion of the admin team. Legacy DayZ provides the server “as is” and makes no guarantees regarding its uptime, performance, or accessibility. We are not liable for any:
– In-game losses, including character data, gear, or other assets.
– Damages caused by disruptions to gameplay, server crashes, or outages.
– Player disputes or interactions outside of the server, including via Discord or other platforms.
